Some facts though, as the Housekeeper, you will be required to maintain residents’ apartments and common areas of the facility.

You Must:

Have compassion and interest in providing services to individuals who need it.

Adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Maintain optimal work ethic including attendance and involvement with other team members.

Pass a background check.

Obtain CPR/FIRST aid certification.

Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities: (not all inclusive)

• Cleans facility and resident apartments which includes: disinfecting, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, cleaning windows, cleaning and straightening up apartments, restrooms and fixtures, cleaning patio sliders and patio areas, and all common areas--and other cleaning items as assigned.
• Follow weekly housekeeping schedule.
• Logging of appropriate paperwork
• Maintaining MSDS sheets / cleaning supplies accordingly.
• Coordination and communication with other departments within the facility to ensure optimal care of residents.
